Born and raised in southern Alberta, Canada, Jeremy brings a lifelong dedication to problem-solving and craftsmanship. With a background in computer science and a successful career developing software at companies like Microsoft and Hims & Hers, Jeremy now brings that same attention to detail and commitment to quality into every flooring project. He’s passionate about woodworking, chess, and delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Janie

Janie Sandberg

Co-Owner & Design Consultant

A San Diego native and a graduate of Brigham Young University in American Studies, Janie combines a love of design with a natural talent for helping homeowners feel comfortable and confident. As a mother of three and former musician, she understands the balance of functionality and style that modern families need. Janie specializes in in-home consultations and loves solving customers’ flooring challenges.

Production Manager

With deep roots in construction and a hands-on approach honed through years in both residential services and motorsports operations, Kevin oversees every project with care and precision. Based in Las Vegas since 2004, he’s passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship and ensuring installations are done right—the first time.
